Dementia and the Challenging Discharge: Challenges of Early-Onset Dementia - Foster City, CA

Join us as Geriatrician Elizabeth Landsverk, M.D., presents a topic of interest to elder care professionals, particularly to Discharge Planners and Registered Nurses. Early dementia is often not diagnosed and can be very dangerous to the patient living at home. Professionals involved with evaluating patients discharging from a hospital, treating or caring for patients/clients who may have undiagnosed dementia will benefit most from the information presented.
